เมื่อวันที่ 30 ส.ค.62 ที่ห้องศรีลำดวนแกรนด์บอลรูม โรงแรมศรีลำดวน อ.เมือง จ.ศรีสะเกษ นายธงชัย เจริญพานิชย์กุล รอง ผวจ.ศรีสะเกษ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการบริหารระบบข้อมูลโปรแกรมจัดการแข่งขัน และจับสลากลำดับที่การแข่งขันงานศิลปหัตถกรรมนักเรียน ระดับชาติ ครั้งที่ 69 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จ.ศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งมี ผอ.สพป. / สพม.ใน จ.ศรีสะเกษ ศึกษาธิการ จ.ศรีสะเกษ ผอ.ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษประจำ จ.ศรีสะเกษ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ผู้รับผิดชอบงานศิลปหัตถกรรมนักเรียนสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในภาคะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ผู้ดูแลระบบโปรแกรมการแข่งขัน (admin)  วิทยากรและเจ้าหน้าที่ เข้าร่วมประชุม จำนวน 235 คน วิทยากรได้รับความอนุเคราะห์จาก นายไพศาล ชนะกุล ร.ร.เม็งรายมหาราชพิทยาคม จ.เชียงราย นายไวยวิทย์ มูลทรัพย์ ร.ร.ดู่น้อยประชาสรรค์ จ.ร้อยเอ็ด นายชัยมงคล ขำคม ร.ร.แวงพิทยาคม จ.สกลนคร และนายธวัชชัย ฝ่ายพลแสน ร.ร.นาเชือกพิทยาสรรค์  จ.มหาสารคาม โดยมี ว่าที่ ร.ต.ดร.ทวีศักดิ์ นามศรี ผอ.สพป.ศรีสะเกษ เขต 1 เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงาน และมี นายภัทรศาสตร์ มาสกุล ผอ.สพม.เขต 28 พร้อมด้วย น.ส.รุ่งอรุณ เมธาภัทรกุล รอง ผอ.สพป.ศรีสะเกษ เขต 1 นายสมโภชน์ หลักฐาน ผอ.กลุ่มนิเทศ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการจัดการศึกษา เข้าร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้

นายธงชัย เจริญพานิชย์กุล รอง ผวจ.ศรีสะเกษ กล่าวว่า ตนมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ จ.ศรีสะเกษ ได้รับเกียรติคัดเลือกให้เป็นเจ้าภาพในการจัดงานศิลปหัตถกรรมนักเรียน ระดับชาติ ครั้งที่ 69 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จ.ศรีสะเกษ  ซึ่งถือเป็นงานที่สืบสานพระราชปณิธานของพระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 6 เป็นเวทีให้นักเรียนได้แสดงออกถึงความรู้ ความสามารถ ซึ่งนับเป็นผลสำเร็จของการจัดการศึกษา และเป็นการเผยแพร่ผลงานด้านการจัดการศึกษา สู่สายตาสาธารณชน การจัดการศึกษา ถือเป็นงานที่เป็นหัวใจสำคัญของทุกภาคส่วน จ.ศรีสะเกษ ได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของงานด้านการศึกษา และได้สนับสนุนงบประมาณด้วยดีตลอดมา และในปีงบประมาณ 2563 จ.ศรีสะเกษ ได้สนับสนุนงบประมาณในการจัดการแข่งขันงานศิลปหัตถกรรมนักเรียน ระดับชาติ ครั้งที่ 69 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จ.ศรีสะเกษ อีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ ยังได้สนับสนุนงบประมาณเพื่อพัฒนาการศึกษา เช่น งานพัฒนาพื้นที่นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา เป็นต้น

ทางด้าน ว่าที่ ร.ต.ดร.ทวีศักดิ์ นามศรี ผอ.สพป.ศรีสะเกษ เขต 1 กล่าวว่า ในปีการศึกษา 2562 นี้ สพฐ.ได้มอบหมายให้ สพป.ศรีสะเกษ เขต 1 – 4 สพม.เขต 28 สำนักงานศึกษาธิการ จ.ศรีสะเกษ และศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษประจำ จ.ศรีสะเกษ เป็นเจ้าภาพในการจัดงานศิลปหัตถกรรมนักเรียน ระดับชาติ ครั้งที่ 69 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จ.ศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งจัดให้มีการแข่งขันขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 12 – 14 ธ.ค.2562 เพื่อให้การดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการบริหารระบบข้อมูลโปรแกรมจัดการแข่งขันเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย จึงได้จัดให้มีการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการผู้รับผิดชอบงานศิลปหัตถกรรมนักเรียน และผู้ดูแลระบบข้อมูลโปรแกรมการแข่งขันขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ทุกสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการจัดงานในครั้งนี้ เพื่อให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา เข้าใจ และสามารถปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน สำหรับงบประมาณในการจัดการแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ได้รับความอนุเคราะห์จาก จ.ศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 10 ล้านบาท สหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ครูศรีสะเกษ จำกัด จำนวน 4 ล้านบาท สพฐ.และหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ใน จ.ศรีสะเกษ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้รับความอนุเคราะห์ด้านสถานที่จัดงานจาก สำนักงานเทศบาลเมืองศรีสะเกษ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ  มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตศรีสะเกษ  มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง วิทยาเขตศรีสะเกษ อบจ.ศรีสะเกษ และสถานศึกษาใน จ.ศรีสะเกษ//////
